Step 1 : Register Team and Submit Payment

Step 2 : Player Waivers

Download our player waivers, fill them out, and bring them the day of the tournament for each participating athlete. They can be found in a Microsoft Word Document or Adobe PDF Document.

Step 3 : Team Rosters

Download and complete the roster by clicking here.  Email the completed roster as soon as possible to to tournaments<at>buffalolacrosse<dot>com (done to reduce spam). Make sure rosters are sent at least a week prior to the tournament to ensure they are in the college coaches' packet.
